Embrace Foods Voucher for E-Business

Embrace Foods

Embrace Foods is a start-up company in Toronto that specializes in the production of gluten free products such as cookies, bars, cereal and a smoothie mix. The products are currently being made by the owner, Anastasia MacLean in small batches, by the dozen and sold at the Distillery District Market, Evergreen Brick works and the Adelaide Club Gym. Embrace Foods has collaborated with FIRSt to enhance their gluten-free baked goods operation and is now working with the Centre for Business at GBC on e-business and online marketing strategies. The two marketing students working on this project, lead by principal investigator Patrick Doyle, are expected to integrate social media and create an e-newsletter to increase website traffic as well as e-commerce for Embrace Foods.
