Evaluation of Fivel’s methodology on user learning experience: retention and adoption

Fivel Systems Corporation

Under the direction of PI Nastaran Dadashi (Full time faculty, School of Design) and with assistance and input from the Fivel team, a team of 3 student research assistants will work for 14 weeks to conduct a comparative study where two groups of employees from a commercial enterprise will be assessed and evaluated, with one group having Fivel training material available to them. REB approval will first be sought. Pre-and-post training questionnaires will be conducted over a 14-week period, and will be augmented by Fivel’s existing knowledge retention assessment tools. The final deliverable will be a report summarizing the impact and effect of Fivel training material.
