Product Development and Optimization for Sachili

Sachili

George Brown College’s Food Innovation & Research Studio (FIRSt) is collaborating with Sachili to optimize their condiment recipe for manufacturing. Sachili is a Toronto based start-up founded by Sachi Kittur with the goal of introducing innovative spice blends and condiments to elevate meal time. Sachili is partnering with FIRSt to provide a technical and scientific consultation on co-manufacturing, packaging, and go-to-market challenges, to review and optimize the process for making the condiment sauce to eliminate just-in-time production, and to develop a milder spice blend to be used as a blend and as a condiment sauce.
