The project seeks to understand the future role of the project and cost management sections of the construction profession as BIM uptake increases George Brown College faculty will be researching how the building and construction industry around the has adapted to the use of BIM and how it may have to adapt further in the future. The Royal Institution of chartered Surveyors (RICS)is a global professional body with over 100,000 members .RICS promotes and enforces the highest professional Qualifications and standard in land,real estate,construction, and infrastructure
