The Minto Group: Four and Six Storey Wood Frame Condos – Phase 1

The Minto Group

The Minto Group, a Canadian, integrated real estate development, construction and management company, is collaborating with George Brown College to develop new concepts for wall assemblies for four – six storey wood frame condos. By sourcing new ideas from GBC students, Minto hopes to identify cost effective wall assembly designs that meet both building code and LEED requirements, while creating superior homes for customers. Students from the Construction Engineering Technology program will work to produce new design concepts as part of their course work. Minto may select some of these concepts for further exploration or display. Principal Investigator: Steffanie Adams
