Treata Wearable Technology Bracelet Design

Treata Wearable Technology

The Treata Wearable Technology Bracelet Project is an initial design investigation of concepts and non-functioning prototypes for an electronic bracelet. The bracelet is intended for use within a hardware system and smartphone app that facilitates the activities of persons with Alzheimer’s and other memory deficiencies. The system incorporates ‘belonging tags’ for electronically locating lost items (purse, glasses, keys, etc.) and sending notification messages to the bracelet. The bracelet also provides alerts and reminders that help wearers to function independently.
