Turner Fleischer – Analyzing BIM Models to Validate Quantity Take-off Accuracy
Turner Fleischer Architects Inc. was founded in 1974 focusing on residential infill revitalization which evolved into large scale residential developments. It has later expanded into substantial commercial and mixed-use projects with site planning and urban design as key components. Turner Fleischer has acquired the interior design firm deSignum Design which has enabled Turner Fleischer’s ability to offer design services into a full range of commercial and residential interiors. Turner Fleischer has approached the Centre for Construction and Engineering Technology at George Brown College to analyze and validate their BIM models for the accuracy of quantity take-off (cost estimation).
