Everspring is a diversified, niche oriented, family owned food business. Dale and Marianne Donaldson founded the business in 1985 and originally sought to develop a niche market for geese and ducks in Ontario. The business has grown over the years as the Donaldsons built a provincially inspected poultry processing plant and they now process 200,000 geese and ducks annually for sale in markets in Southwestern Ontario.

The FruitWater beverages are developed using a mix of whole fruits, water, and spices designed to appeal to the emergent demographic of young, urban and ultimately health-conscious consumers between 23-30 years of age.
Developing Recipes Using Red Palm Oil
GoodWindWater Enterprises Limited (Toronto) and George Brown College’s Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts are nearing completion of their collaborative research project aimed to develop recipes using red palm oil. Recipe development undertaken by GBC student researchers has provided GoodWindWater with 10 recipes that use red palm oil in place of traditional cooking oils.
