AutumnMind Marketing Strategy – George Brown College (GBC)’s Centre for Business have partnered with AutumnMind to assist with the branding themes, market research, competitive analyses, testing of referral market channels, and other information relevant to testing the assumptions and value proposition(s) associated with the AutumnMind start-up organization.
GBC will leverage its multidisciplinary research strengths in the creation of ARGILE, a “Living Lab” for Building Construction, Restoration, Energy Efficiency, Product Testing and the Development of Innovative Environmental Building Solutions, all with a focus on Sustainability and in collaboration with Industry.
Right Angle is looking to expand its market share by launching its own product, a unique elevator control button assembly. The project consists of designing and building a novel prototype to be integrated into the partner’s elevator control panel. The project consists of developing a new component (button-integrated circuit combination) for elevator control panels.
ADL Process Inc. is a privately-owned electronics recycling company in west end Toronto, at Keele & St. Clair. They have 25 employees and recently secured a provincial contract to dispose of 1 million kilograms of electronics waste per year. A large proportion of this waste is glass cathode ray tubes (CRTs).
Vocalage Inc., a high-tech spinoff company of the Interactive Media Laboratory at the University of Toronto, has partnered with George Brown College to develop its “Give Button”. The Give Button, which can be placed on any online product page, offers a social giving service where organizations such as universities and hospitals can allow groups of people to contribute to specific fundraising goals, such as scholarships or medical equipment.
